Hakuna mungu kama wewe
There is no God like you!
In March, at the home of Sanderson and Lweendo, our community coordinators in Livingstone, a group of caregivers, pastors, and ministry leaders completed their leadership training using our flagship resource, Holding Esther. They discussed their next steps and spoke of workshops in the villages, pairing Holding Esther with other ministry work, and leading groups in their churches.
One man even said,
I'm going to lead a discussion group for men. Since men are the primary perpetrators of violence against children, I need to share Holding Esther with them so that their hearts toward the children will change. And then they will become their protectors.
As we finished up, we played the theme song from Holding Esther and worship broke out. Enjoy this song, composed for us by John Campbell, and the pictures, taken by Adelyn Boling, of these beautiful children whose lives are being impacted through RiverCross. And, if you enjoy it as much as we think you will, please share it on your social media!
